Cornwall FA - Have Your Say On Grassroots Football & Win Tickets To an England Match!
The Cornwall FA want your feedback. Please visit their site and fill in a short online questionnaire. As a thank you, you will be able to enter into a prize draw to win a pair of tickets to a 2010 World Cup Qualifier at Wembley Stadium with hospitality in The FA Club.

1. Always start your title with your abbreviated team name e.g. U12 - Training Times.
2. Always remember to log out when you have finished.
3. Try to avoid cut and paste from MS Word. Your article will look much better if it is typed using the online editor.
